Where do I find my invoice?
After the job is done, George sends your invoice by both email and text. It comes from Square and has a green "Pay Now" button. If you don't see it within a day, check your spam folder, or just call George — he'll resend it on the spot.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfer. Cash and check are always welcome too, just hand them over in person.
Is there a fee for paying by card?
No fee on your end. Square charges George a small processing percentage — you pay the exact total on the invoice. No surcharges, no convenience fees.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed entirely by Square — the same system used by Starbucks, your local coffee shop, and millions of small businesses. Square is PCI-DSS compliant. Card details never touch any George's Home Works systems.
When is payment due?
Invoices are typically Net 7 — due within a week of the date issued — unless a different arrangement was made up front. Need more time? Just call George. He's direct and easy to work with.
Can I leave a tip?
Yes. The Square invoice has an optional tip line on the payment page. Always appreciated, never expected.
I'd rather pay in person — is that OK?
Absolutely. Cash, check, or in-person card swipe all work. Let George know at the end of the job and he'll handle it on the spot.
